Whether you’re a newcomer to yoga or more advanced in the practice my classes offer something for everyone – just like yoga itself! I predominantly teach Vinyasa, a popular contemporary style that emphasises ‘flow’, but I often introduce other styles throughout the term.

A typical class combines Pranayama (breath work), core strength and conditioning, Surya Namaska (sun salutations), flow and relaxation. All equipment is provided, but please feel free to bring your own. Keep an eye out for my workshops coming this summer: Headstands for beginners, Yoga for runners and Yoga for core strength. Take a little time out for your body and soul and feel rejuvenated! See you on the mat!
